"My adult daughter and I stayed here while visiting Wilder Days in Mansfield. The home makes good use of its space and is amazingly roomy. The main sleeping areas are in lofts, up steep stairs. That wasn’t a problem for us, but might be an issue for older seniors or young children who might be prone to falling, so just be aware. The kitchen, bathroom, and washer/dryer were convenient. "Originally came to see Laura Ingalla Widler homestead but didnt do our homework and it closed the weekend before we got there. But we had fun anyway. Not too far from Springfield. House was great just to hang out and play games and catch up. Will stay again when we come back to actually see homestead lol."
