They don't service the room, unless you request it. It had a super king bed, and the sheet didn't cover the side of the mattress, and have many holes and small tears in them. The duvet cover is a queen size, so is 8 inches short from coming to the edge of the bed. The airconditioning wasn't working, and on 2nd night...
