"I had a wonderful stay at this holiday rental in Heraklion. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing trip. The terrace was a highlight—perfect for morning coffee with a great view of the sea. It’s in a quiet area but still close to local markets and beaches, which made exploring easy. The mix of modern amenities and a bit of local character made it feel welcoming and homely. Would definitely stay here again if I get the chance."

"We arrived at our villa and were welcomed by our host who was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The villa and pool were both bigger than we expected. The location is idyllic for a serene and peaceful stay with beautiful sunsets and friendly local cats & kittens! There is very little to do in the immediate area so a hire car is essential but we found some beautiful beaches and tavernas just a short drive away. "

Abends konnten wir auf der Terrasse die wunderschönen Sonnenuntergänge geniessen – ein echtes Highlight. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in kleinen Supermärkten, die etwa 10 Autominuten entfernt sind."

"The villa is right by the sea, is spacious, has great internet and air con in all of the bedrooms. Lovely views and sunsets every night. Swimming pool is large and great for families. If you want to spend time in your villa and potter it’s perfect. Only 30 mins to Falasarna beach which is the best we visited - v clear water for snorkelling. "The property surpassed our expectation. We stayed as a family of 4 but could sleep 7 comfortably. It is spacious, spotless and very well kept. The pool was gorgeous and the views were really wonderful. The beds were comfy, 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms including a jetted tub for the colder spring evenings. Its well located just 5 min from super markets and 30 min from Chania or Fallsarna beach. Stella was really helpful and responsive. Overall would highly recommended this for a heavenly holiday !"

"The villa was perfect, better than expected. Lovely spacious rooms, spotlessly clean, and wonderful pool and outdoor area. Being right next to the taverna was a bonus. Fabio was super helpful online with recommendations as was Andrea who greeted us. Both very friendly and helpful. The little village of Spilia was very traditional and just 5 minutes from the beach.
