"This is a lovely property surrounded by pleasant gardens and countryside. There is a great swimming pool which has an easy to use cover keeping the water temperature very comfortable. The houe is well equipped and there are plenty of outdoor chairs and loungers. It took us around 7 mins to drive to Anduze, a lovely little town with plenty of bars, shops and a supermarket. Guy, the owner is a very nice man with good English. We would love to return to this house."

"An amazing place to stay. Very peaceful, with beautiful grounds and, of course, the clear river and its many pools for bathing. The wooden terrace, where we ate all our evening meals, was like being in a giant treehouse. Our little grandson loved to watch all the trees. "The gite is well equipped and is good sized for a couple. The two stand-outs for me were: The picture south-facing window, so had wonderful light and an incredible view that changed through the day: The downstairs bedroom which stayed cool even with 30c days. It's great location to explore the Cevennes and further south into the Herault. The area is astonishing and should be better known. The roads are almost deserted and no destination I went to felt crowded. I went wild swimming in deserted...
