It was so short-staffed that when you request minor house-keeping item, the guest has to go down to the front desk since there's only a single staff to manage the entire building overnight. What if there's an emergency? There's no concierge staff to help with your luggage. The guest has to haul the cart all the way to the room and reverse the process to check out. The overall atmosphere was so down that it was not much better than...

There is a decent, not fancy, breakfast buffet for $10 for 2 people. We would return here if we were in the area again. "
