"Nice to have the private and quiet space before heading back to Palma. Place is walking distance from the beach and close to some restaurants. We were there just before tourism season began so many of the shops and restaurants were closed. However, it was kind of a blessing to have the peace and privacy. Pool area was super clean and accommodating with chairs, tables and games. We spent most of the time hanging around out back."

"The location was 10/10 for views, access to the local town and it was relatively quiet. The apartment space and comfort was good and the beds were comfy. Outside space was excellent. One downside was the lack of kitchen utensils and a welcome pack of washing up liquid and a dishcloth/scourer would have been brilliant. "we visited this hotel out of season, so it was relatively quiet, but very enjoyable. the apartments are well stocked with pans, tea towels, washing up liquid etc. There is plenty of space for 2 (I wouldn't recommend for 3) and it is only a short walk to shops and the beach (although the hill is quite steep). We had a hire car which was invaluable for getting about, but if you want just beach and pool holiday, this is not necessary."

Boutique high-quality hotels in the country is absolutely our thing and this lovely Son Mas Hotel Rural does not disappoint. From the stunning tranquility of the infinity pool overlooking open countryside to our beautiful suite with a private terrace it is just the most wonderful place to stay. If you do go half-board, make sure you don’t have a big lunch."
