Beautiful apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms including 1 bathroom 1 suite, living-dining area and open kitchen. The apartment has air conditioning hot / cold. A storage room with washer and dryer belongs to the apartment. A guest bed, a travel cot and a high chair are also available.

The kitchen is equipped with everything needed, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and a Kühl-Gefriekombination.

The terrace is 26sqm in size. It is equipped with a round dining table with 4 chairs, a lounge seating area and 2 sun loungers.

The apartment is located in the Cala Mandia in a very well maintained complex with a large communal pool. The pool can be reached directly from your garden (about 80 meters). A private parking lot is part of the rental.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und die Wohnung stimmte mit den Bildern des Inserats überein. Nur wenn man einen leichten Schlaf hat, könnte es manchmal schwierig werden. Die Wohnung ist recht nellhörig, sodass das TV Gerät oder Ähnliches der Nachbarn deutlich zu hören ist.

Entspannter Sommerurlaub
Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ebenfalls super. Hier hat man seine Ruhe und ist trotzdem nicht weit von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Strand etc. entfernt. Uns fehlte es an nichts. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Un appartement très bien équipé dans une résidence au calme et à 5mn de la mer !
Nous avons passé 10 jours en famille, dans cet appartement, que nous avons beaucoup apprécié : Bonne climatisation, plancha très appréciée et, les deux salles de bain dont une avec baignoire sont un plus. La résidence en plein mois d’août, était très calme et la piscine très agréable.

Rundum sorglose Erholung
Die Ferienwohnung hat eine tolle ruhige Lage in einer in sich geschlossenen Anlage. Die Anlage und der zugehöroge Pool ist sehr gepflegt und ordentlich. Die Ferienwohnung selbst war wirklich tip top sauber. Selbst in und unter den Schränken war alles sehr sehr ordentlich und sauber und man findet wirklich alles vor, was es für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt benötigt. Selbst Sandspielzeug für die Kinder war da. Besonders gefreut hat mich auch der freundliche Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Es wurde blitzschnell geantwortet und alles verlief reibungslos. Ein Aufenthalt ist wärmstens zu empfehlen!

Wunderschöne Zeit in Cala Mendia
Die Wohnung war wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Anlage mit Pool war sehr gepflegt. Wir verbrachten dort einen wunderschönen Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder.

Très bel appartement et très bien équipé
Appartement très bien équipé. Attention toutefois, il y a un barbecue et on a pas le droit d'en faire alors que le propriétaire a dit oui, donc soucis avec certains voisins qui envoient des messages au lieu de venir en direct nous voir. Les propriétaires de l'appartement sont très sympathiques malgré la barrière de la langue ( ils sont allemands) vive Google et WhatsApp 😉. Très beau coin de l'île avec pas mal de superbes criques. Je recommande fortement ce logement et nous y retournerons sûrement. Il y a lz possibilité d'avoir un chauffeur (Wolfgang) qui vient vous chercher à l'aéroport, il est adorable. Ça évite de louer la voiture à l'aéroport car cest nettement moins cher à Cala Mendia et louer à 200m de l'appartement. Bref, magnifiques vacances.

Rustige locatie dichtbij het strand
We hebben een hele fijne tijd gehad hier. Het gebied is wat rustiger en minder toeristisch dan het noorden. (Nu was het ook wel oktober) Het strand was heel dichtbij en geschikt voor kinderen, lang ondiep. Het huis heeft allemaal strandspullen die je mag gebruiken. De eigenaren zijn erg vriendelijk en makkelijk te benaderen. Het huis is ruim en was schoon. De pannetjes zijn wat verouderd, en het ruikt er een beetje muf. Maar de bedden en douche zijn goed! Al met al een prima huis!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Cala Mandia. L' appartement est situé près de plages magnifiques. La résidence est calme et très bien entretenue. Le littoral est très fréquenté en août, nous conseillons aux voyageurs qui le peuvent de venir hors saison. La location de voiture est indispensable pour découvrir toutes les facettes de l'île ainsi que sa vie locale.

A lovely condo near great beaches
This is a nice property and exactly as shown in the photos. The air conditioning works well (thank goodness!). The condo is a just a couple of minute walk from the pool, which was nice to provide more quiet (although the pool didn't seem to get super loud). Cala Anguilla was our favorite beach nearby. We stayed in mid-August and the umbrellas for rent were usually claimed by about 10-10:30. However, plenty of space if you don't get one. Andrea's place is stocked well with towels and umbrellas. The washer and dryer is very nice too. Andrea was a lovely host and was quick to answer any questions we had very promptly. Check-in and check-out was very easy too! There are a couple of small shops and restaurants just a few minutes walk which was also very convenient. We had a wonderful stay here!

Netter Urlaub, gutes und gepflegtes Appartment. Gute Betreuung vor Ort, hilfreich und bemüht. Hauptsächlich private Nutzungen in der Anlage. Ein Auto ist ein Must Have. Der Pool hat leider keinerlei Sonnenschutz und dir Liegen haben auch schon die besten Jahre hinter sich. Hier wäre Nachbesserung sehr sinnvoll.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub auf Mallorca
Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Frau Neumann empfangen und sie stand uns jederzeit bei Fragen zur Verfügung. Kleinere Probleme konnten so schnell erledigt werden. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und liegt in einer kleinen und sehr schönen Anlage. Alles sehr sauber und ruhig, sodass man einen erholsamen Urlaub verleben kann. Die Terrasse liegt überwiegend im Schatten, sodass man sich dort gut von der Hitze erholen kann. Der Ort bietet drei sehr schönen Buchten zum verweilen und ist ein guter Startpunkt für verschiedene Ausflüge in die Region. Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Urlaub und bedanken uns noch mal ganz herzlich bei Frau Neumann und Familie.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit
Andrea ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin und hat uns auch einige Tips gegeben. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern der Pool war leider nicht ganz so einladend. 2 Strände sind fußläufig zu erreichen für alle anderen braucht man aufjedenfall ein Auto. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und würden die Wohnung aufjedenfall weiter empfehlen.
