"Amazing. Everything was immaculate and comfortable! We got a great room with a huge balcony facing the pool. Very good air conditioning and friendly staff. Buffet included with stay was awesome and perfect, so much quality food to choose from. Only advice is the perfume/room spray in the lobby but more importantly, the guest rooms shouldn’t be so strong it was very strong and some people in their rooms are sensitive to smell. "

Kids Club was available but aimed more towards younger chilldren. Yes there is building work next door but when round the pool, you can't hear or see it. "Serge at the front desk was very helpful with our checkin. One of our bedsheets had a shoe mark on it and we encontered the same issue with the prevoius resort in Mallorca as well. Other than that everything is fine. Breakfaat is decent with enough choices. Room is spacious only problem waa the mosquitos."

"Hotel perfectly located for old town walks and and well connected with airport public bus a1. Literally 5 mins walk from the bus stop. The staff went over and beyond to make our short stay memorable. Receptionist was lovely and spoke immaculate English. Very friendly and accommodating to our 2 year old. Breakfast ample. Bar reasonably priced with very good cocktails. We stayed in a junior suite which was designed with style, simplicity and functionality in mind. I would not hesitate to stay...
