"Serge at the front desk was very helpful with our checkin. One of our bedsheets had a shoe mark on it and we encontered the same issue with the prevoius resort in Mallorca as well. Other than that everything is fine. Breakfaat is decent with enough choices. Room is spacious only problem waa the mosquitos."

"Ive stayed in several hotels in Port Pollenca over the years and this is the first i have returned to. Its just got everything you need if you're looking for a half board base for cycling/sports. Decent rooms, nice meals, good pool/gym/spa. I expect i'll be back again."

"This hotel was great from start to finish. A friendly member of staff greeted us upon arrival and helped us check in, offering us a welcome glass of prosecco. The room was clean and large with a balcony, and definitely worth the price difference to a sea view room. Our stay was in April so the weather peaked at 20-24° each day. "Excellent location for the area with a 10min walk to the cathedral and centre where restaurants and shops are abundant. The hotel is beautiful and we would return the staff especially Heidi were helpful. My slight issue was the breakfast as we do not eat pork it was limited to eggs nothing like a vegetarian sausage to add but apart from that we managed as everything else was perfect"
