"We stayed here during long holiday because its very affordable and a brand new hotel. The lobby architecture was pretty and the room was very modern with wooden interior. We booked Nano Room, the smallest room, yes it's small but good enough although really difficult to walk from one side to the other, because there were no wardrobe to put our huge luggages. When I saw how dirty was the bathroom and that there was no light from the outside ( the room looks like a prison cell), I called hotels.com immediately to cancel my booking for the 5 remaining nights. They couldn't reach the manager and nobody answered their calls. In the morning, before checking out, the staff was able to join the manager by phone.
