"The property is extremely rundown, with showered, that does not work properly, mold, growing in the corners of their shower cabin. "I went to Paris for a trade show for my company (Wine Paris). 1. Many elements of the room were broken (closet door, light fixture missing a bulb cover etc.); 2. the walls are paper thin and I could hear someone coughing in their room down the hall (not just next to me). I was on the 3rd floor, someone was smoking out of their window on the 2nd floor although it is a non smoking hotel. I waited until that person stopped smoking to see if the smell would dissipate. I later opened the room...

"Feels kinda unwelcoming here. Very dirty stained carpet in the room, no toilet paper in the toilet, toilets are shared with other guests and also not very clean. Old squeaky doors everywhere. Also there was no one at the reception and i had to wait a long time to get in at all. Feels more like a private house where nobody expected you und you just got in by mistake. Certainly not like a hotel."
