"Lovely hotel set above street level so little noise especially around the beautiful pool area. Breakfasts were amazing in form of help yourself buffet. We didn’t eat there at night but apparently very good restaurant. "Overall this was a nice stay, the hotel has been designed and built very well. It's built on the side of a hill and as such, the higher you go, the better the view. The view over Ierapetra city at night is amazing. The only comment on the room is that the lighting could do with being better at the bathroom mirror and the wardrobe needs more shelves / drawers. We got a warm welcome on check in but rarely got a welcome at other times. Often no acknowledgement of arriving for breakfast or dinner....

"We've been only for one night here but been surprised been the friendliness right at the check in which continued thru the whole stay. We arrived after the evening buffet was closed but the service personal served us toast and beer. Great breakfast. Somehow private beach (sand). Nice pool area and we had a big nice room. WE WILL COME BACK"
