"Very nice hotel. However it was slightly tricky to find reception , swimming pool from car park and my room. I wish we had more clear signs. "

"Little National was modern and clean. Computerised check in was easy but it would have been nice to have it attended by a concierge to provide some sort of welcome. Although the bed was comfortable it did have a big body depression on the open bed side. I’m not entirely convinced that the positioning of the bed is convenient for more than one person. If I was to stay with a partner I think I would need to upgrade to the luxury apartment based on the bed positioning. The hotel amenities were...

"The property location is excellent. Within a walking distance is a beautiful vineyard, a great place for photos. There were a lot of kangaroos running around. The property itself is old and in need of much more care. The cleanliness was not so good, bathroom sink’s stained and not cleaned properly. Bathroom has a shower over a bathtub and I don’t know why they only do the glass panel half way so when I took shower water went out a lot and wet the floor. "The reception wasn't the most welcoming. But the lady we had when we were checking out was lovely. Housekeeping were also lovely. Perfect location, close to everything. We barely drove as there were tram lines nearby and you can walk to nearby shops and restaurants. Lovely place."

"It was like a little piece of paradise, especially the bath tub and shower. We were there for work so a very nice surprise when entering the lobby and then the room. the staff were absolutely amazing 5 stars all the way "

"From the moment I walked to the bar and announced I had a booking, I was spoilt. The staff could not have been nicer or more welcoming. My room was amazing, large tv, able to access sport as a diversion as I was there on a study trip. When you arrive on a Saturday arvo and the bistro is packed, you just know that the food and service will be outstanding. The Windsor Castle did not disappoint in any area. The staff informed me, upon check in, that there would be music playing after dinner. Honestly, I couldn’t hear it from my room and slept well. A huge thank you to the staff that looked after me during my stay. I will definitely stay there again and highly recommend it for the weary traveller who needs some “ looking after” the lovely people who look after you are amazing, great place to stay 👍"
