"The property looks to be newly renovated and very nice inside. But because of the age of the property, those stairs are super steep. And for a bunch of ladies in their late 50s early 60s it was no joke going up and down them. The only other flaw was the heat disbursement in the house. Again, because it is an old home, the third floor bedrooms got super hot. But again, it is a beautiful home! "

"We stayed one night here and it was super comforting!! Felt like a home. The upstairs TV room was very relaxing for us after a long day of traveling. Property managers were super quick to respond with any questions I had and made everything so easy for us!! I was skeptical staying in a duplex, but this place was so wonderful and I'd definitely stay there again if I'm in town!!"

"We had a large family reunion and we were all very comfortable from little kids to adults. Everything we could’ve possibly wanted …it was there. We had a very minor situation and it was corrected within 20 minutes. We would definitely return. Wonderful memories were made! Thank you for being a part of that!"

"There was plenty of room for use to hang out. The games in the lower level were a lot of fun. Th owner even came the day of check out to plow the driveway during a snow storm."

"Clean house and comfortable beds in a nice location, but the main bathroom is fairly small and the shower/bathtub is pretty basic. Some broken blinds in the bedrooms allowed a distracting amount of light from the security lights next door. Good value for the price."

"The house was lovely! Our host did a great job responding to all questions that we had. We really enjoyed the big basement with the pool table and games. It was a nice touch to have a bedroom and bathroom downstairs. We ready enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others!"

"Spacious, comfy and easy to access. Beds are extremely comfortable. Close to a ton of stuff to do. Was a teeny bit messy on arrival but nothing too egregious. Would highly recommend for groups of 4."

"We had family in out of town, the house was perfect for them. The 3 bedrooms were just enough for the six of them with comfortable mattresses. We enjoyed breakfast every morning with the cookware available and we were able to enjoy the coffee that was available in the kitchen"

"House was gorgeous, well kept and comfy! Would absolutely stay here again! Very close to all the northside cincy places and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. One thing was that the grill was rusted out and could not be used, but that did not take away from my experience. The backyard and patio was definitely a nice feature"

"We had 10 of us starting for the weekend and had a great time. The check in was confusing because they had a different phone number than my own? Also the place could use a good dusting. But all in all it served its purpose and we had a great time! "

"This home was an excellent choice for our family coming from 3 directions. The neighborhood was walkable to restaurants and coffee shops. The hot tub and bonus area in the basement gave us plenty of room to spread out. "
