"Cottage is old and homey which makes one comfortable, or at least me. Nice and roomy, 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Casita and particularly the covered patio area was a bonus and under which I did much reading. The location was great for me, some may find the railroad noise a bit annoying but for me, no problem. Price was great and I would book again. So, yes I would recommend this location for a relaxing stay in Vero."

"We had an excellent time in Nettle's Island and our rental offered the perfect stay. The home was clean, stocked with dishes and a washer and dryer and it was located near the community center and one of the pools, making it a very convenient location on the island. You get pool(s) and beach access with your accommodations and the grocer is a short golf cart ride away. We had a blast and we would recommend this VRBO to anyone! "

Be aware that you will be staying in a very old cottage; you are not staying at a luxury resort. The housing is adequate, but the grounds and location are the true sellers of this place. The landscaping is lush. The parking is ample. The dumpster is convenient and emptied often. The laundry room houses two washers, two dryers, an ice machine, and plenty of books and games. The...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Nettles Island. Were allocated a different house from the booking due to repair work but this one turned out to be also very nice. Nettles Island is a treat with pools locally and a designated beach, and lots of other activities like pickle ball, tennis, mini-golf, billiard. Great place for kids. Exchange with owner was very good and friendly. Anytime again!"
