"My family and I traveled to Powhatan for a wedding at The Mill at Fine Creek. The house and the town had such a beautiful small town vibe that was such a perfect place for us to hang out and get ready. We were able to enjoy the owners restaurant, which was right across the street, and an adorable coffee shop. There was also a great park nearby with walking trails and playground for the kids. We truly enjoyed our stay! "

"Spent the weekend at Terre Haute with friends from college. The home and grounds were beautiful! The host was fantastic and we appreciate the treat basket left out for us. The books were fantastic! It was very quiet and peaceful and I would definitely stay again. My only suggestions would be to offer a little more comfortable seating for just having coffee and catching up. Otherwise, thank you for a lovely stay."

"The peaceful setting high above the James was only interrupted by the infrequent passing freight trains across the river. The sunsets were colorful and the clear moonless nights burst with stars, especially looking up from the hot tub. The cabin was as advertised; comfortable bedrooms, modern bathrooms, well-stocked kitchen (pots, plates pans, utensils, etc). Central Air/Heat worked fine.
