"Staff were super friendly. Warm and welcoming from the outside. Rooms are outdated but fit for purpose. TV didn’t work and no plugs by the bed but staff were great and provided extension cord. Breakfast was great and well priced. Beds were so so, and quite noisy at night with the doors banging so not recommended if you’re after a quiet break (or request a room further down the corridor). Overall good value for money, great location and check in lady was fantastic. "

Friendly professional staff

"There was a mix up with my booking on arrival, staff were very apologetic and got it sorted quickly and upgraded me due to the inconvenience. Staff were very professional and friendly. Food in restaurant was really good too. Only issue really was room had ab adjoining door and the person in the other room was niosy, those doors arnt well sound proofed."
