"All on one level, this house has plenty of sleeping options with 4 bedrooms. Two full baths is also a must with a larger group. The kitchen was workable to make meals with pots and pans, a dishwasher and full-sized appliances. Washer and dryer available also. We appreciated the fenced-in backyard! I am sure the screened porch would be lovely in warmer weather. Host was responsive and helpful. Well-outfitted and comfortable, this was a nice place to stay for our family."

"I need to be reimbursed immediately! I booked this over 6 weeks ago and found out when I tried to check in that the property manager "wasn't aware" and others were staying. In addition to getting reimbursed, I should also get something else as I was left without a place to stay."

"Great location for attending the Illinois Marathon. The property had plenty of space, clean, safe neighborhood, nice wrap around deck and stylish decor. The owner was easy to communicate with and provided easy instructions for check in and check out. My family and friends really enjoyed our stay!"

"Fantastic place for a visit to the University of Illinois. Location was very convenient for getting to campus. Had enough space that our 3 college age kids decided to spend a night with us rather than going back to their apartment/house/dorm. "

"Lots of space on 3 levels. Plenty of bathrooms for a large group. We mostly needed sleeping space for 12 people while visiting local family. In the brief time we were in the house the kids enjoyed the game room. "

"Fantastic location behind Harvest Market (our fave cafe in town) and a super short drive to the IL stadiums. The house was clean, beds and pillows were comfy, bathrooms and shower pressure were great, the open floor plan was perfect for hanging out as a group. Took a while to cool down the upstairs (3 twins) but it did cool down. Note there is no bathroom upstairs - you have to walk down, cross living room, then the hallway bath. "We stayed in Champaign for my son’s wedding. The house was perfect, with lots of space for everyone to get ready for the big day. Was stocked well with everything we needed. Would highly recommend this house and plan on staying there again!"

"This is a very cute, little place and seriously for the price it is amazing. It was perfect for what we needed. A place to sleep while we visited my daughter at the University. Is it luxury? No but it was clean, cute and a BARGAIN! You cannot beat it. There are other places out there that are gross and sooooo much more expensive. I would do it again in a heartbeat!"
