"We've take yearly trips to Tamaqua to visit family and always need to stay out of town. We finally now have a place to stay that is in town, clean, cozy, safe, and family friendly. Highly recommend staying here! Host was very responsive anytime we had any questions. "

"A very cool place to stay. Not like any house, cabin, or cottage than a soda factory, completely renovated with the industrial look. That being said it was dark with all the gray. I liked how updated and fresh everything was, the new powerful appliances, and soft comfy beds. Except for the couches, which were old, and smelled like wet dog. "We stayed with a very large group of 21 adults and kids. The property was spacious and comfortable. We stayed during the winter, but I’m sure in spring and summertime with the lake. This property would be adorable. The only recommendation I would make is to upgrade their beds and mattresses which are kind of old and uncomfortable."

"This was our second stay at this charming property in Mt. Carmel, and it was just as wonderful as the first! The home is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with so many extras—snacks, sodas, toiletries, spices, and high-quality towels and linens.We were especially impressed that the hosts took a suggestion we made during our first visit and added mirrors to two of the bedrooms. "My family and I come up every year to go to Knoebels. We decided to rent a house this year instead of camping, this house was right next to so many great restaurants and shops, we didn't need to drive to go eat. Plus the house was so clean! The owner also left a binder of local places to visit and try. Would highly recommend this house. "
