"12 people (ages 17 and up) stayed here for 4 nights. Everyone was comfortable and had plenty of space. We played games in the downstairs game room, and had an epic time on the pickleball courts. None of us knew how to play pickleball, so we made up our own rules and had a super fun time! Everything was clean, and the house had all the supplies that we needed. We would stay here again! "We loved our stay in Layton. We had three small children with us on our trip and they loved all the toys. It was nice to have the extra children items, such as crib, high chair, bathtub. The kids also loved the clean pool and we saw two deer two of the nights that were eating in the grass behind the property. We had plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 kids."

It is an older home, However, it’s been very well maintained and is updated in all the important areas and is extremely nice to use. Communication with landlord was seem-less and easy.
