The service is amazing and they went out of the way to always ensure that we had something to eat if we were leaving before the breakfast timing. Hector & Rodrigo even helped us track down a phone we had misplaced while taking a Uber and Josefina ensured we were taken care of post check-in. Hard to match that selfless service with warmth. "

"The hotel simply needs renovation. Especially the toilets, cause the showerig cabin was in pretty bad shape. Additionaly, to get to the only electrical socket in the room i had to shift the table. Still, it ws pretty clean and the staff was friendly. "
