"Lovely location, very spacious property with amazing spaces. Kitchen spacious and well equipped. Beds comfortable. bathrooms good. Great bonus as it wasn’t exactly “flaming June” was the snooker table, especially for the youngsters , there were many challenging matches! Outside facilities were great but because of the weather not uses apart from table tennis and basketball net. Plenty to see and do only a short drive away."

There is a door not fixed correctly to the frame and is hanging off in the upstairs bedroom and the shower screen in the bathroom is a joke and leaks water all over the floor which causes it to leak into the kitchen below. "A group of 5 of us stayed here for 4 nights for work. The property is immaculate and extremely clean. It has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. We were only there in the evenings but it was very comfortable for all of us - we each had our own room and bathroom. The standard of the property is very high. "We enjoyed our stay here in a very confirtable cottage tucked away in the countryside. The beds were particularly comfortable. The hosts communicated well and we really enjoyed tge free range eggs they left us from their chickens. Plenty of birds and very dark so great for stars if it is clear."

"Lovely cottage but on a noisy road. Beautiful garden. Everything we needed including food essentials on arrival. Bonus to be able to park off road at the end of the garden. What puts us off staying again however was the bedding. Did not smell clean and fresh, pillows old, flat and stained, duvets the same. No smell of fresh laundry. We bought some pillows at Tesco on the first day as we didn't want to use those supplied."

"We had a lovely stay at Bevan house, visiting the area to attend a wedding. The house was large and well equipped and the hit tub was really fantastic. Absolutely no issues at all and the property was clean and located in a beautiful spot. Very minor but couldn't find any scissors, other than this, no suggestions for improvement at all"

Couple of doors need to be looked at i.e the bathroom upstairs and main bedroom upstairs but that is just being nit picky and doesnt effect your stay. Everything you need if you want to cook etc too. Great host, met lydia. Friendly and if you meeded anything was no trouble for her. 100% staying again"
