"Staff, food and facilities all excellent. The staff could not have done more to help or to make us feel welcome. Rooms could do with a little updating for a 4* hotel, but very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Minor point is the rooms have no tea/coffee facilities or mini bar which is a little annoying if you like a morning cuppa. Views are spectacular and perfect location for the Hintertux glacier and lift system."

"Very nice place. Quiet with a beautiful view. Convenient if you are taking the cable car up the mountain. Unfortunately, it was closed for maintenance for about 3 weeks while we were there."

"Really helpful staff, especially for the lady at the reception desk (young, brown hair, large smile). We asked for extra pillows and ahe went to get them right away and came back with a huge smile. The location is perfect, near all the main landmarks. The room was well equippdd and cozy. I would go there again."
