"Three of us decided to have a 2 centre ski trip. Coming to Tux on the last leg. We are so pleased we did this. The hotel is excellent. very friendly and has all facilities you need. Great food and a couple of good restaurants nearby for a change. eg Pizzas Pool/Spa really nice and rooms are great . Most importantly 10-15 mins by car or bus to variuos slopes. "The best customer service we had in Austria. Starting from check in and check out everyone was pleasant! Rooms were comfortable and clean. Anything we asked for they were all very accommodating. From reception, to massage, to the waitress and waiter.. everyone was amazing. Really made up for a horrible service from Vienna and Salzburg. We wish we had more time to stay at this resort. One bad thing I can say is that if you wake up before breakfast starts no one will help you in the dining room...

Rooms could do with a little updating for a 4* hotel, but very comfortable and spotlessly clean.
