"The hotel is located about 150 meters away from the ski resort and rental/ school, a very convenient location. They do provide a shuttle service as well, which makes our ski trip easy and comfortable. The owner and all other staff are friendly and helpful, and very clean, nice Layoutroom. We enjoyed staying there and Will definitely go back again. "

"A snowy winter wonderland! This hotel exceeded all our expectations—the room, restaurant, and spa were all great. However, the best part hands down was the staff! Every person was so welcoming, friendly, and professional and made us feel like we had been coming there for years. It’s a fun spot for families, but amidst the kids and activities we still had a lovely romantic visit because of the extra special touches that were made for us(Grazie Sergio!)"

"There is no real air flow expect opening the balcony door and the let’s the moths in, feels very claustrophobic. Very hot without A/C. The mattress feels like a sofa bed mattress with the springs and needs updating. The towels are thin and don’t absorb water well and the breakfast was the worst we’d had in our 3wk trip to Italy. "We booked this property over others in the area because it advertised hot tub and sauna. When we arrived after a long drive from Livigno we were surprised to hear we couldn’t use it at all. Not only was it an extra $15 euro pp, they said it was fully booked. Our room was very noisy and didn’t get much sleep as we could hear our neighbours TV all night. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good but the hotel was not what we thought we signed up for. "
