"We rented this place for Friday and Saturday night because we had our wedding at Burdoc farms and this was amazing to have! We could drop all of our stuff off at the house and go back and forth between setting up the venue and the house. It also made for a great wedding night sleep since it was on the property. Very clean and Sara is great to work with! "

"We stayed the weekend of my niece’s wedding and needed somewhere close to her venue to stay. We found this property and LOVED it. It has the most beautiful surroundings. We saw so many deer and the foliage made for a relaxing setting to enjoy during our very busy wedding weekend! We hope to return soon to spend more time and enjoy the house and amenities! "

"Loved the house. Good mix of history and modern convenience. Check in process was excellent and host was very accommodating and helpful. The only complaint was noisy vehicles driving around at night. Maybe it was because it was a Saturday night in a small town. "

"We have been reluctant to visit family in Kentucky for years simply because there just was no decent place to stay. GUITARS AND HARMONY have changed that for us and we are so very grateful!. The home is so beautifully decorated and clean and comfortable. Every little detail was so thoughtfully planned out for guests in this home. We can't wait to come HOME again!"

"This property was lovely and such a fantastic view on the lake. We loved sitting on the huge back porch and watching the wildlife and sunsets. The home was well appointed with plenty of seating and kitchenware. The outdoor equipment (kayaks, fishing poles, etc) was a great bonus that we enjoyed. Very convenient location to Madisonville and close to enough to branch out to the state parks and sightsee. We will definitely stay again when we need to visit family in the area or as a halfway stops...

"I booked the house in March for Memorial Day Weekend. Our wedding was held in Dawson Springs. Our adult kids stayed in the home and were very complimentary of the comfort from the living room, to the game room, and the spacious bedrooms. The home was very clean and the snacks were much appreciated upon their arrival. The house was great the host were great! Highly recommend this home!!"

"We loved the house!!! It was so clean and well decorated!!! The area was super close to everything- my husband and I ran a disc golf tournament at City Park and Mahr Park-the house so close to both courses!! Very nice neighbors as well!!! We would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a perfect spot!! We are going to be booking again!!!!"
