"Great welcome, comfortable bed but poor facilities in room. Heating unable to control and noisy. Poor sleep due to road noise and inconsiderate guests next door. Disappointed with breakfast quality."

Not keen on the key collection system as the little car park infront is busy and entering the building and then having to get into the keysafe to get the car park key was a bit stressful. We were dissapointed that there was scaffolding on the building (so not a seamless view of the bridge) and roof work starting...
