"We like to stay at "mom & pop" places when we can and Rabbit Ears did not disappoint. Smallish room was cozy, comfortable and very clean. Continental breakfast was very simple; good coffee in the room. Loved that the refrigerator had a small freezer. It was quiet, but we were there off-season so there were not many guests. Would definitely stay again."

"The front desk staff was so attentive and was accommodating when we needed to switch from a studio to a 1 bedroom. The 1 bedroom layouts are nice and spacious which is very convenient if you have a baby. The breakfast was good and had a ton of options, which you don’t normally see. Would stay here again!"

"Great stay for our family of 5 while on ski getaway. Shuttle was prompt every 30 min to the ski resort. Condo was roomy and had full kitchen allowing us to save on meals and cook some of our own. Breakfast was minimal- nothing hot. Enjoyed hot tub and sauna after ski days. "

"It was a nice place to stay, I think the only complaint I have is that if you do valet parking, there isn't a valet there half the time, you either have to walk over to the front desk to ask for someone, or you have to give your keys to the front desk because no one is around. "Hotel was somewhat difficult to find as it is tucked in towards thw slopes away from the road. Once we got there, check-in was smooth and staff friendly. Liked the ski valet, but didn't care for it being in the "basement". The Sauna didn't work when we were there and the Hot Tub was also acting up and not working well. Our club arranged a private dinner event, but left it open for all of the hotel guests to attend resulting in running out of food and our club members not getting any or scraps....

"It was a nice stay but I was disappointed the fireplace didnt work, it was hot out when i checked in so I didnt turn it on until later when it got cooler; when I asked the desk about it I was told maintenence had to turn it on? And they were gone for the night...I am wondering why they would rent out a room with a fireplace and turn it off so it cannot be used? (Pilot light was on, it wasnt broken just the switch was disconnected) Make sure it is working when you check in. Also was disappointed...

"1 night shouldn’t require a do not disturb sign, and 2 knocks waking us up before ready to do so. 8 am on the first one. There should be a clear list for the cleaning crew to know rooms are definitely unoccupied. I can see 11ish, close to check out coming and knocking, but to wake us up after needing the extra rest was big point off for me. Luckily I still gave you guys a solid star rating, the cleaning crew could certainly have that list and just trying to be proactive. I get it, get the work...
