"We stayed the last week of October at the property. It was perfect for our family. Short 15 minute drive from Kremmling and just minutes away from National Forest. Tons of wildlife around the property from deer to pronghorn. Very cozy house, especially during an all day winter storm. We will definitely stay again if we are back in the area!"

"We rented this property for a family ski trip. We needed a place that allowed dogs, had lots of rom and was affordable. This home hit the mark on all of our needs and had the bonus of being outside the normal noisy, crowded ski area traffic. If you are up for an extra 15 minute drive to summit county ski areas, this place is a great choice. It's roomy, comfortable and close to some really nice hikes. We'd certainly stay here again."

"Easy, simple check-in, peaceful setting with mountain views from every angle. If you stay, make sure you drive up County Road 20. Close to gorgeous Lake Granby, Grand Lake, and Rocky Mountain National Park. There are so many beautiful places to see. The Parshall Inn is a unique place to get a meal and drink. We saw a female moose with her baby at RMNP, so amazing. The house is comfortable and welcoming with a well furnished kitchen. Loved it and wish it was closer to us."

"Very nice place. Exactly as advertised. Clean and cozy. Past reviews complained about noisy upstairs tenants but no problem with this visit. Hardly heard them come and go. Gave 5 Stars for location but keep in mind this is Kremmling, not Steamboat Springs. Very good communication with the property manager. Would stay here before a motel or hotel. Definitely recommend. "We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't mind staying here again. It's remote and quiet but still has easy access. Our host did wonderfully at communicating and getting us settled in. Good Verizon service at the cabin if you still want a connection with the outside world. Would highly recommend!"

"We had a wonderful weekend at this cozy cabin! It was spacious and had everything we needed. We saw a lot of wildlife, it was well stocked with bathroom and kitchen items and we loved having the peloton bike and weights. The location was perfect for us as it was only 5 minutes from the wedding we were attending, and we loved that Steamboat was less than an hour away and we were able to spend an afternoon there.
