"The infinity swimmimg pool is awesome! The breakfast buffet was amazingly good. Our 2 year old son loved the bear at breakfast time. In our room, when you use the shower, water seeps out from under the door and gets the whole bathroom floor wet. This can be fixed by installing some type of seal on the inside of the shower door. Also, water seeps under the wall to toilet when using shower. Caulking need to be installed there to prevent it. Also, I wish there were 2 double beds instead of twins. That's not really wide enough to sleep with your spouse. Overall we had a GREAT time and our short time there was one of the most wonderful times of our entire vacation! Nice that you could eat a variety of foods at same location without having to get a taxi to go somewhere else."

"Initial impression is very good, clean and modern looking. When we first arrived, the hot water was not up to snuff and the room refrigerator was not cooling. After I brought this to the staff's attention they had people there within ten minutes to fix issues and they did. The only problem with our queen sized room with ocean view, was that there was no closet or chest off drawers so you literally have to live from your suitcase., Ahhh the staff, simply incomparable, smiles, helpful, congenial, everything you couold ask for and more. Would stay there again."
