"There was a majot problem with the air conditioner unit and the owner of the unit tried to make it persay, seem that it was getting fixed but it was just not working after 3 days attemtping to make it happen so i checked out early and paid only amount of my usage and the owner didnt even offer any discount or c9nsideration for the broken a/c unit that made the room super hot. Horrible but instayed at the Sébastien Hotel in Mactan and it was similar price and nice and cool and very secure feeling...

"Ppl are pushy on tours (commission) . Kicked us out of the room we were in because they forgot someone rented our room out for the whole year. Which was fine because they upgraded our room. Then when it came time to check out. They wanted to pay my fiancé back my security deposit on Gcash. Instead of giving me back my security deposit. Ultimately I got back but I had to put up a fight to get my deposit back... could have been a way better experience..."

"Well arrived and was asked the next morning for a deposit.. wish i had time to check condo before handing over.. no cutlery to eat greasy plate washing machine not working.. 3 days to get cutlery, took over a week to replace washing machine with another faulty one. I had bad tummy problems and needed the washing machine but could only use it once as the door would not open. Due to feeling unwell I needed the washer. But I was so fed up keep asking I left it. I did leave a few marks on the sheets...

"The property is showing its age, but the room was in great condition and the bed was very comfortable. When I arrived the pool was murky, but by the time I left the water was crystal clear. The gym area is not great, no A/C, but if you're willing to sweat it out, it'll work ... I used the treadmill for an hour and was soaked when finished. Overall this hotel served its purpose and I will use it again."

"Nightmare facilities, air conditioning leaks, no restaurant, elevator broke down so had to walk up 14 flights of stairs, electricity went off constantly, impossible to get taxi service. STAY AWAY, VERY TINY ROOMS NO SUPPORT STAFF WORST PLACE EVER IN MY 30 YEARS OF TRAVEL"

"Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. You are constantly being greated with smiles. The property and rooms are clean and well taken care of with up to date tvs and furnishings. The food is top quality. Everything seems hand made and no no corners cut. The beach and pool are spotless and well taken care of. The area around the hotel has countless things to do and see. Plenty or restaurants, malls, and tourist attractions to see. The hotel offers a bunch of activities as well as do many locals around the area. I couldnt recommend this place enough"
