"At check in there were room service carts in the middle of the hall. There were linen piles by some of the doors. There was not a working ice machine for self-service. I am sure that at one time this property was prime, but now it is substandard. When returning after supper there were still cleaning carts and linen pile issues in the hall along with a bag of trash against the pop machine. The bag remained when we left the next morning. The TV was not operating properly, and we needed someone...
