"We stayed here as a family of 19 for 2 nights over New Year ranging from age 5-70. It was good as we all had our own individual cottages with kitchens, living rooms and bathroom which gave us our own space but the communal area is the Hall was being enough when we wanted to be together. "The cottage was lovely. Fully equipped with everything we needed and more.Lots of food places nearby, small supermarket and a couple of pubs. Train station approx 10-15mins walk away. We visited Barmouth and Harlech. Keep an eye on the train times as they usually run every 2 hours, which gave us a good amount of time to look around other places.Very scenic with the view of the hills and mountains.Shared garden with 2 other cottages, good size and lovely seating areas.The host was lovely and...

The only thing i can fault is the listing said there was a hot tub and upon arrival this was not the case. Which is a shame as this was a major reason of us booking. "This is a great place to go chill for a while, with many fun areas to hang out. They have it stocked with games of all types. It’s also located within an easy drive to many wonderful sightseeing areas—Snowdonia, Conwy, Chester are all within an hour. The host was very responsive and friendly. Would love to go back. "
