"Everything was perfect! Really clean, really quality natural way built property! Quite and amazing! Amazing experience with the waterfalls within short distance and all Nature around! I have to mention and our new friend The Black Cat , so friendly and lovely!Recommended!"

"We stayed here as a family of 19 for 2 nights over New Year ranging from age 5-70. It was good as we all had our own individual cottages with kitchens, living rooms and bathroom which gave us our own space but the communal area is the Hall was being enough when we wanted to be together. Only issue was the gas heaters and log burners not working properly in a couple of cottages but electric heaters were available and there is central heating in two of the cottages. "Staff were extremely friendly and helpful especially Dan he made an effort to speak to everyone while busy working. Hotel was lovely and clean loads of mirrors for every occasion from a shaving,full size,dressing table and more. Breakfast was lovely with a great choice also the food in the evening that we had was great the loaded chips were amazing Would definitely recommend this hotel for a great stay"

"This was an excellent hotel. There was on site parking and the staff were particularly helpful. They even very graciously did a little printing for us at no extra charge. The breakfast was plentiful with a great variety of choice. I’d certainly stay there again. Thank you"

Friendly helpful staff. Central in Bala

"We booked through hotels.com, but we booked a triple room, as it was cheapest option for a couple and a 20 year old daughter. On check in, there was not a triple room, rather than cancel us, they gave us 2 twins, much to the delight of all of us. Very friendly. Thank you"

"Clean, well presented accommodation. Plenty of parking, free of charge and directly outside rooms. Easy check in and check out. Pub on site offering food - very friendly and helpful staff. A little walk into town, probably a good 10 minutes. However, can drive in and out as parking plentiful. Only £6 for taxi right to the sea front. Would stay again "
