"I loved the garden and sitting area outside .The area is residential so having a car is better. We stayed 5 nights it took us time to fix the Ac because its one big room divided in two . When one was cool the other was super hot and vice versa . . We figured a way to stay cool at once the last day . Very clean and pleasant otherwise. The beach is not far , but we prefered Poetto with all the amenities on the beach ."

"Es handelt sich bei der Unterkunft um ein herziges Häuschen mit einem sehr schönen Garten und einem kleinen Pool. Im und ums Haus ist alles vorhanden. Wcpapier/Haushaltspapier/Servietten/ Putzmittel/ Abwaschmittel/Duschmittel/ Waschmaschine u Waschpulver. Genügend Möglichkeiten zum Wäsche aufhängen. Ausserdem hat es einen Trockner. Die Küche dürfte besser ausgestattet sein. Das Haus liegt abseits und man braucht ein Auto. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Wir können das gut weiterempfehlen."

Has everything you need, and having the upstairs balcony to have morning coffee was delightful as you get to enjoy the sunshine. Host looked after us well and the property is located great for exploring, not too far from Cagliari airport either. Will love to return"

"Unique villa with tonnes of outdoor space. The pool and jacuzzi are shaded in the afternoon, which is perfect for children. Four minutes' walk to a glorious sandy beach that's shallow for miles. And a theres a lovely spot for aperols, ice creams and super crispy pizzas at the marina. "The property is in a convenient location, close to Cagliari. There is a pizzeria, market and restaurants within walking distance. There is a small garden on the property with garden chairs and a table for outdoor dining. The facility can accommodate up to 8 people, but there was little equipment. At our request, the equipment was supplemented. Despite the fact that the facility could use a little renovation (eg. squeaky doors), my stay was nice, pleasant and worth recommending."

"Lovely villa with large well kept gardens and every appliance and facility you would wish for. Games, toys, cooking appliances, beach towels, everything. Restaurants and a good supermarket in easy walking distance. Five adults and two infants able to spread out and not get under each other's feet. Only 30 minute transfer from Cagliari airport. Elvira is a delightful host and amazingly friendly and helpful."
