"Clean and well kept. Easy to find, easy to park and clear instructions in English via whatsapp for checking in. The upstairs neighbors unfortunately were very easy to hear, and there were children playing with balls until quite late at night, around 22-23. We had an early flight, and were trying to sleep, so this was unfortunate. "

She even gave us recommendations for restaurants and also, they were willing to accommodate our bags overnight while we took an overnight trip to the beach. Very responsive in WhatsApp. Don’t let the facade and entrance to the hotel fool you. It’s very nice and everything you want to see within walking distance. "

"The hosts were extremely welcoming and accommodated an early checkin. The room looked to be newly remodelled, very clean and modern. Breakfast was lovely with homemade cakes/muffins each day, fresh fruit, toast, yogurt and more. Although the street itself is not atmospheric, you’re less than 5 mins walk away from restaurants, cafes and shops and the hosts were very helpful in offering up suggestions and providing directions."

"The location of the accomodation is in the heart of the town. The room was normal, nothing special. The view is nothing to see, not even the sun and because of that the air inside the room is not the best. Breakfast ok, repetitive. They advise free baby cot but they actually charged me 10 euros! "

"This is a large house in a secluded area, 8 minutes drive from the beach and 20 mins into Cagliari city. There is ample room inside, in the conservatory and around the pool for 10 people. BBQ facilities. You need a car to go anywhere otherwise very self contained. Excellent host, who lives next to property."

"Stayed for a week at this property with our family. Wonderful place with a lot of greenery and a very well maintained pool. We also used the shuttle service to go to the nearby beach and it was great too. The furnishings in the room were up to date and the air conditioning worked very well. "We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay and made good use of the many outside seating options. The neighbourhood is pleasant and quiet and there are many attractions within a 30 min drive and a range of food shops within a 10 mins drive. The local sandy beach is good but more like a 15 min walk than the 5 claimed. The property kitchen is looking a little tired and we couldn't find the advertised panoramic sea view! The addition of a very substantial cleaning and service fee (not shown on VRBO)...
