"Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento per un gruppo di amici o una famiglia numerosa. La casa si estende su due piani, con 2 soggiorni e 3 camere spaziose. "I stayed in Amsterdam for a few days, and this was the perfect spot to explore the city! We were within walking distance of so many sites, on a beautiful street along the canal, and had a great amount of space to spread out in the apartment. Would definitely recommend! "

"Diese Unterkunft war inexistent - Es war im Bestätigungsemail eine Tel.Nr. hinterlegt. Als ich da angerufen habe, wurde mir gesagt, dass sie keine Zimmer vermieten... War somit ein Fake! Hat grad etwas Stress verursacht... gut bin ich nicht dorthin gefahren! "

"This boathouse was perfect for my partner and I! We took public transportation into Amsterdam everyday (20 minute walk to the bus stop, then a 10 minute bus ride, then a 30 minute tram ride to city center) it was so nice to come back to a quite place right on the water afterwards to relax. The only downsides were that there were no soap in the hand soap dispensers and that the public laundry was out of order, other than that it was perfect! Thank you!"

"Wonderful hosts. Helped find a Dr. when we showed up sick and it turned out to be a very quick and easy Dr. office to go to. Helped with bags and left lots of necessities in the fridge. got back to us really quickly with any questions. Lovely view of the canal. I always wanted to stay on a canal. Grocery stores and tram lines are close. Lovely and interesting city."

"Property in an amazing safe location - walkable to the centre (15/20 mins) or can get a tram which is 1 minute walk away. Lovely bar on the corner for pre drinks with v friendly staff. Host very helpful a week before we arrived answering all my questions and also during our stay. "Property was perfect for our situation. Not in the crazy or expensive city center but close enough to grab transportation to it fairly easily. (Someone could have warned us it was King’s Day - crazy party beyond belief- while we were there but that’s not on the property). Would definitely stay again as it had all the amenities we needed (microwave, fridge) and anything else we wanted was close by. No noise at all from any other units or hallways. "Property was lovely. Had everything you need for A short stay, comfy beds and plenty of room. Some thoughtful touches like having a library and keeping the guide books others have left was really helpful. Location was good for us. Not right in the centre but public transport is so good it was easy to get around. Apartment is not suitable for those with mobility issues due to steep stairs and no lift but we managed fine and we’re not exactly gazelles."
