"Family room was lovely to stay in. Kids were happy with the separate bedroom. Easy and quick drive into Blackpool centre. Food in club restaurant was very good and breakfast was just as lovely, with helpful friendly staff. Will definitely stay again."

"Lovely from start to finish. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Accommodated all requests including a bottle of bubbly and balloons in the room on arrival for hubby’s birthday. Lovely sea view, great room, lovely breakfast. Great facilities finding surprising in the never ending corridors. A snooker room, pool And gym and a great ball room. A lovely chilled out overnight stay. Definitely recommend."

"Brilliant overnight business stopover with an early start. The kitchen prepared a bacon bap for me in place of a breakfast due to my early check out time. Thanks to Bo who made this happen. I shall be back . Thank you"

"Just had a great stay at the Queens there is nothing we can fault about it The locations great the food is delicious. It has a really nice feel to it and that's down to the staff who are genuinely friendly and can't do enough for you definately our favourite place in Lytham. "

"I liked the area, I liked the hotel , the staff and where it is situated. However, one thing rather annoyed me and it’s so simple to overcome There is One very small glass shelf in the bathroom of number 16 which held our tooth mugs only We had to put our toilet bags and my make up bag on the floor whilst using them. Rather spoilt our break in Mode. Thank you. "

"It’s in a great location apartment was good but the sliding bathroom door wouldn’t stay shut and the outer door to the two family two family rooms wouldn’t lock . "

"Lovely little Gem within the heart of Lytham, nice and clean with modern appliances, housekeeping daily, second stay in the family apartments and we will definitely be back! "

"Another fabulous stay at this lovely spotlessly clean B&B with a homely feel. We had a superb spacious room with a super king bed, which was very comfy and a large en-suite with a great walk in shower. The cooked breakfast was delicious, cereal,fruit, yoghurt etc also available. Kate and Keith are a lovely, friendly couple and it’s been a pleasure to stay here once again."

"The good: 1. Great position on the front near all attractions. 2. Very clean, in fact spotless, particularly for an old building. 3. Spacious triple room (took grand-daughter). 4. Had a bath, which most rooms do not have. 5. Some parking, although only for 4 cars at front and a couple at back. 6. Comfy soft beds which are quite rare these days. The not so good: 1. Unlucky to have the triple room in the eves so, although it had a shower in the bath, you had to kneel to get any sort of...
