"Generally good experience. Breakfast had good traditional choice but one criticism was coffee quality which was very poor. Best part of stay was wonderful session with Linda at the spa services. Highly recommend her and her choice of treatments. "

"Brilliant from start to finish. Reception staff very welcoming and informative. Rooms clean, big, and ensuite bery nice. Breakfast was plentiful with tea and coffee refills offered. Check out was quick and simple"

"Room was nice and bright, with comfy bed. Very disappointed to find cushions on the pillows - last time I stayed here there weren’t any, and I find them really unhygienic. Room was cold despite heating - would have liked a thicker duvet or extra covers. "

"Our second stay here, apartment 2 this time. Absolutely amazing! Apartments are very well thought out, everything we need for comfort and convenience. Tea/coffee replenished, fresh milk provided in the fridge. Quiet and convenient location, 3 minute stroll to St Anne’s and a 15 minute drive to Lytham. We will most definitely stay here again, a gem of a place. "

"Lovely little B and B, seconds from the beach, in nice, quiet area, nice breakfast and a friendly welcome and service. Would happy stay again."

"Another fabulous stay at this lovely spotlessly clean B&B with a homely feel. We had a superb spacious room with a super king bed, which was very comfy and a large en-suite with a great walk in shower. The cooked breakfast was delicious, cereal,fruit, yoghurt etc also available. Kate and Keith are a lovely, friendly couple and it’s been a pleasure to stay here once again."

"The good: 1. Great position on the front near all attractions. 2. Very clean, in fact spotless, particularly for an old building. 3. Spacious triple room (took grand-daughter). 4. Had a bath, which most rooms do not have. 5. Some parking, although only for 4 cars at front and a couple at back. 6. Comfy soft beds which are quite rare these days. The not so good: 1. Unlucky to have the triple room in the eves so, although it had a shower in the bath, you had to kneel to get any sort of...
