We were greeted by very friendly staff with welcome drinks and pastries and then a 30 minute history lesson and chat with the manager Emmanuel. It really made us feel welcome and was wonderful. Our room was also upgraded which we appreciated. Staying at Villa Florentine was an experience we will remember and we would certainly go back and recommend this Relais et Chateau hotel. "
