"I stayed in one the cottages and it was super; clean, cosy & warm and designed to a high standard. The private garden a great addition. The restaurant and food is good quality and I thought priced reasonably. Chilham is a pretty village and the White Horse Inn is also super for a drink with the locals. Canterbury is a short drive, or train journey so a great place if you want to visit the city but be in the country. I loved it. "

However the listing was misleading - the restaurant doesn't function midweek, and they don't do breakfast either during the week. I was walking, and didn't want to walk more miles to eat. It's not hard to provide a cold breakfast. So make sure you check whether they're doing food if it matters to you. "
