"Absolutely fantastic hotel. Perfect location, very comfortable and staff who were so accommodating. This was our first trip to Norway and we were not disappointed. The location of the hotel was amazing and we paid for a sea view room (recommended) which would oversee the Arctic Church and the huge mountain stood alongside. Hotel was very snug and warm and had a very open breakfast. The omelettes were the best we had ever tasted. A huge thank you to the staff and in particular a gentleman named Morten who kindly offered us a conference room to change after checking out. Room was relatively small compared to other Radisson hotels and this was our only negative part to the hotel. Sauna is fantastic with perfect views."

"This hotel is in a very central location and is great for transport, restaurants and shops. The room was very spacious and had a coffee making machine and kettle with tea and coffee supplied. The breakfast was good with lots of variety and included hot and cold options. The staff were helpful and friendly."
