"We booked late having had to alter our flights. Unfortunately we were too late to eat anywhere in the area but the lovely receptionist offered us cookies and coffee. Our luggage didn’t arrive with us but again the receptionist couldn’t have been more helpful this morning whilst we anxiously waited our luggage. She called us to let us know when it arrived - saving us a lot of money buying extra clothes!! "

"Super friendly and helpful service staff and breakfast spread and dinner spread provided were excellent . Afternoon tea Fika was decent with cakes with tea and coffee. Location was overlooking the sea and window had a great view . Everyone here speaks and understand English "

"Location is nice and convinient. Our room was nice and clean. Didn’t have soap in the shower but we found a housekeeping lady who replaced it. Breakfast was quite nice with lots of options! We didn’t get to try the evening meal because we were out. I had to do laundry and it is VERY EXPENSIVE at about $20 a kg!!! This is the only thing I really didn’t like about the hotel. No other options around town so plan accordingly! "

"Good location just out of the centre. Easy bus links to airport. Room was simple but didnt want for anything....couldn't get tv to work but that wasnt important. Breqkfast would benefit from hot food bit its advertised as continental so cant conplain. Staff were very friendly ans helpful. I reported shower had a leak and receptionist took a bote to sort. Would recommend and stay again"

"We had a great harbor, sea & mountain view from our balconied room. The room, although somewhat small, was very comfortable with very nice decor & comfortable beds. Complimentary coffee/tea & espresso in the lobby was quite a nice feature and the breakfast was over the top excellent! The hotel restaurant was surprisingly quite good as well! It was the perfect spot to access the next phase of our trip in catching the Hurtigruten ship - just a 5 min walk away. There is not a thing negative to...

"Wonderful place to stay"

"The stay was good for a quick weekend trip. The staff was nice. There are Norwegian waffles available sailing at 5pm. The rooms and beds are a bit small but it was good as we did not plan to stay in. "
