"Our family of 5 (with 3 teenagers) had a fantastic time in Villa Ligaria and the village of Ligaria below. The villa itself was beautiful, with a stunning pool and all the facilities you could ask for (including AC in the bedrooms and living space, which was a godsend). The beach and village down the hill (via a homemade footpath) were perfectly sized - not too busy, but plenty of tavernas and a mini market. "Katerina was a perfect host, communicating regularly before and during our stay. She is super knowledgeable about the Island and gave us excellent recommendations on restaurants and things to do. The condo is a spacious and well equipped launching pad for adventures in Crete. We loved mornings and sunset evenings on the porch. The private beach and pool were such a welcoming place to rest and chill after long days touring."
