"The main highlight is of course aquapark, nothing more impressive to look in this hotel. Despite 3-stars level the staff at the reception desk could be more friendly and customer-oriented. We had a chance to talk to Konrad and it was not the most pleasant one that we faced in our life. "Very nice venue with heaps of historical cachet, richness and boiseries. The staff, at the restaurant and reception were very helpful. Despite a busy evening, we were able to get a table for diner in a nice setting. Have to say that our first room was too noisy being close to the elevator and transit hallway (Newest soundproofed doors would solve the problem?) "Hotel and surroundings are are lovely. Breakfast selection was very good. The only negative thing was that they have seating area and games in corridor by some of the rooms. I was in one of those rooms. That meant i was woken up numerous times during late evening and night by people playing and being loud. I had called reception twice and after nearly an hour they had asked particularly loud group to move but after thst i gave up calling every time someone was loud. No other room was offered to...

"Tried to put me in inferior room than the one I booked. After complaint was given a room with safe not working. Third room I was given was an upgrade but the internet worked horribly in all 3 rooms which were in different parts of hotel, different levels. Bed wasnt very comfortable. No way this hotel deserves anything close to the rating it has. One of the rooms the sink was over the toilet making it awkward to use.
