"This apartment is clearly someone’s home or at least it feels like that as a lot of thought has gone into it. There was also everything you need, and it was very well equipped. Pool was not too crowded but more family led, and access from the basement car park was superb via lift."

"We relocated to this apartment after a truly miserable experience in an unheated house in the country. Paula, the housekeeper, interruped her Sunday to enable us to move in as quickly as possible, and she and her husband were helpful throughout our stay. The apartment is located in a very pleasant residential neighborhood, 20-25 minutes walk to the center of town. It is extremely comfortable. There is a huge outdoor patio with a view of the ocean. Thank you for a lovely stay."

No outdoor area but a couple of small 'parks' on the sea-front a few minutes away (on foot) to 'watch the world go by'"
