"My husband and I loved how close we were to Lutsen Mountain. We could drop our sons off to ski and then hang out in our room until they were ready to be picked up. Also, we could walk across the road to eat at a restaurant. Very nice, clean rooms. We would definitely stay here again."

"I was looking for an affordable motel in Grand Marais and the Aspen Inn met my needs perfectly. The room offered a HDTV with access to Direct TV, Tubi, and other streaming providers, a decent sized fridge, a comfortable king sized bed, and a table and chairs for dining. The motel included continental breakfast with Kureg coffee abd tea, cereal, yogurt, bagels, etc. The next time I am looking for a place to stay in Grand Marais, I will look for a room at the Aspen Inn first."

"It was our 2nd stay & we just love this cabin. It is a perfect mix of rustic with just the right amount of updates to really be "rustic luxury." Beds are comfortable & cabin is clean. You can not beat the location! 30 feet from lake superior! Views are amazing! Close to lutsen for skiing, and close to cascade falls for hiking. You don't want to miss this one!"
