"We had an amazing week at this very special cabin. It was the perfect blend of North Shore old school cabin but with every comfort you could wish for. The beds were incredibly soft and the huge fireplace was so cozy each evening. The very best part was the HUGE windows that gave you an amazing shore view of waves crashing on the rocks! You can even explore the rocky shore as it is part of the property. We cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience was!"

"Nice place with beautiful view of the lake. Clean and private. The location was great for visiting Grand Marais. The cabin is very close to Hwy 61 which makes the traffic a small issue in terms of noise. Overall I enjoyed my stay. "

"What a beautiful/romantic little cabin. It was a much needed get away for me to shut off my brain and relax. It is very off grid. The only surprise I had was that the property is pretty closely shared with another cabin and only divided by a small fence. The listing made it seem like it was more remote. But overall, the stay was wonderful and had everything I needed. I will definitely recommend to anyone. "

"Over all the property was exactly as expected. Very comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen is wonderful and very well equipped. The arcade games were a big hit with the kids. Our only complaint is that the lower level and the two main floor bedrooms were very cold. Some rooms only reaching around 60 degrees, sometimes only in the 50’s. Super cold weekend so maybe.this is to be expected. Maybe some space heaters?? Overall we loved the house!"

"Great cabin for a trip with a mixed itinerary of getting outside during the day and nesting in at night. You can see the majority of the shoreline within an hour in either direction. Went upshore to Grand Portage and downshore to Silver Bay and caught lots of great hikes along the way. Then returned at night to cook and grill some amazing dinners in a perfectly appointed kitchen. Bonus to have a great Weber grill right there, too."
