They only provided 2 bath sheets even though there was 4 of us, I asked for more and was told it would be 6 euros per towel. I could buy towels for that prices and keep them! The bathroom had a terrible sewage smell that wouldn’t go away. Glad we only went back to sleep. Kids refused to use it and brushed their teeth in the kitchen. That flat should have never been rented out. Will never stay there...

Heureusement hôtel.com dispose d’un chat en ligne qui ont finit par appeler l’hôtel pour expliquer comment il fallait faire.. accueil pas très aimable et pas d’indication sur l’état des lieux à l’arrivée ! Pas de bonjour non plus lors des passages par l’accueil. Sinon studio sympa...

"Location is perfect. Very close to grotto, sanctuary, market, etc. Property is very clean and staff is very friendly. No elevator or lift. Hard for senior guests to bring their luggage upstairs. "
