"We are Americans visiting in July. We wanted a spot close to Malpensa airport and it did great with that! It is right above the bakery which had great stuff. It is advised to check-in when the bakery is open. We arrived in the morning to be safe. Not sure when the exact closing hour is. The room we had did have a wheelchair accessible shower which was flat with no retainment. So, water did go everywhere unless you lower the water pressure. There is air conditioning which helps a lot on a hot day...

Staff commented via WhatsApp, was responsive to text but didn’t pick up calls (we requested to deposit baggage before check in, agreed but didn’t pick up calls). Check in was smooth otherwise. Accomodating to leave luggages after check out. Clean and lovely space. However the fridge on the room was really whirring quite loudly otherwise managed a decent rest overall....

"This was a great spot. We walked to the train station to go downtown but there was a bus available. The owner was really accommodating with our arrival when we missed our flight and gave great instructions. Several good places to eat one a half a block away and several within a km "
